The Sacred Heart
Honoring the Sacredness of being a Woman
Honor. . . Sacredness. . . What do these words mean to you? They generally are not words that I hear in the everyday language of those around. . . What does it mean to honor the sacredness of who you are? What does it mean to be a woman?
Such simple yet profound questions that I believe women somehow loose sight of and are out of touch with in this fast pace, demanding world. It is a sad day and a sad life for a woman when she forgets to honor the sacredness and the fullness of who she is. I believe that each woman has their own unique special blend of amazing and wonderful qualities and talents that not only needs to be delighted in, but celebrated.
And so it seems only fitting to offer a space where women can come together to explore and honor the sacredness of their spirit in a warm and supportive environment. This monthly group will travel into different topics by interweaving the creative arts, sacred ritual & meditation as a way to connect with each other and the forces that shape and form this world.
Each month we will focus on a specific topic. Some of these topics include:
- Going within; listening to the wisdom of your body
- The compassionate heart
- Honoring the divine feminine within yourself
- The window between the inner and outer self
- Beginnings and endings: the wholeness that always is
- Beauty and the beast: loving yourself completely
- Exploring sacred ritual: enhancing the connection with the divine and applying it to your everyday life.
